The Cement Bloon is a very hard bloon to pop. It is similar to the Mirror Bloon, because it can only get popped by sun rays, lasers, and plasma rays. After popped, 5 black bloons will appear. It is seen in every track.

- The Cement Bloon will not be vaporized right after being hit with a plasma ray.
